As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients, brokers, underwriters, and risk professionals to deliver customized insurance solutions that address evolving business risks. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review insurance policies to ensure coverage accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, amendments, and account maintenance activities.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, and insurance-related concerns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance insurance programs based on business needs and risk exposures.
• Partner with underwriting teams to support account servicing and retention efforts.
• Monitor account activity and maintain complete and accurate client records.
• Prepare account reports, proposals, renewal summaries, and client presentations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting client retention and satisfaction goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy structures.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and insurance management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
