Key Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims and determine coverage eligibility.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in claims handling, insurance, customer service, or investigative work is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property and casualty insurance claims.
