Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses to support decision-making across business units.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, operational performance, and key financial metrics.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple teams and business functions.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, strategy, and business teams to gather data and support financial initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business results to assess performance against targets.
  • Assist with long-term financial planning, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analysis requests.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data, reporting, and analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas, modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or financial services.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic business analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other financial reporting and data visualization tools.
  • CPA, CFA, or progress toward relevant professional certifications.
  • Experience working with large financial datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
